and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions define the types and scope of services provided electronically by
the website www.upadloscgdansk.com, the rules for providing these services, the
conditions for concluding and terminating agreements for the provision of electronic
services, and the complaint procedure.
Each Service Recipient, upon taking steps to use the Electronic Services of the website
www.upadloscgdansk.com, is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Terms and
Conditions.
In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the following provisions apply:
– The Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144,
item 1204, as amended)
– The Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827)
– The Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended) and
other relevant provisions of Polish law.
DEFINITIONS
CONTACT FORM – a form available on the website www.upadloscgdansk.com enabling the
Service Recipient to contact the Service Provider directly.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – these terms and conditions of the website.

SERVICE RECIPIENT – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal
personality, to which the law grants legal capacity, using the Electronic Service.
ELECTRONIC SERVICE – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the
Service Recipient via the website.
TYPE AND SCOPE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
The Service Provider enables the use of Electronic Services via the website, such as:
– Use of the Contact Form
The provision of Electronic Services to Service Recipients takes place under the conditions
specified in the Terms and Conditions.
CONDITIONS FOR PROVIDING AND CONCLUDING AGREEMENTS FOR THE PROVISION OF
ELECTRONIC SERVICES
The provision of Electronic Services specified in Chapter III, point 1 of the Terms and
Conditions by the Service Provider is free of charge.
The period for which the agreement is concluded:
– The agreement for the provision of the Electronic Service consisting of enabling the
sending of a message via the Contact Form is concluded for a definite period and terminates
when the message is sent or the message sending is discontinued by the Service Recipient.
Technical requirements necessary to cooperate with the ICT system used by the Service
Provider:
– A computer with Internet access
– Access to email
– An internet browser
– Cookies and JavaScript enabled in the internet browser.
The Service Recipient is obliged to use the website in a manner consistent with the law and
good manners, respecting the personal rights and intellectual property rights of third
parties.
The Service Recipient is obliged to enter data consistent with the facts.
The Service Recipient is prohibited from providing unlawful content.
COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider:
– Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services via the website can be submitted
by the Service Recipient via email to: biuro@upadloscgdansk.com
– The email should provide as much information and circumstances as possible regarding
the subject of the complaint, in particular, the type and date of the irregularity and contact
details. The provided information will significantly facilitate and accelerate the handling of
the complaint by the Service Provider.
– The Service Provider will handle the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 days.
– The Service Provider's response to the complaint is sent to the Service Recipient's email
address provided in the complaint or in another manner specified by the Service Recipient.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content posted on the website www.upadloscgdansk.com is protected by copyright and
is the property of www.upadloscgdansk.com. The Service Recipient bears full responsibility
for any damage caused to the Service Provider resulting from the use of any content of the
website www.upadloscgdansk.com without the Service Provider's consent.
Any use by anyone of any element of the content or content of the website
www.upadloscgdansk.com without the express written consent of the Service Provider
constitutes a violation of the Service Provider's copyright and results in civil and criminal
liability.
FINAL PROVISIONS
Agreements concluded via the website are concluded in accordance with Polish law.
In the event of any inconsistency of any part of the Terms and Conditions with applicable
law, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply in place of the questioned provision of
the Terms and Conditions.
